Main Purpose

The machine is used to press granular raw materials into tablets. It is widely applied for trial production and small-batch manufacturing in pharmaceutical, chemical and food plants, hospitals, research institutes and laboratories.

Main Features

Double-sided pressing delivers a max pressure of 100 kN (ZP29F-3) and 80 kN (ZP35F-3). The fully enclosed structure with stainless steel contact parts meets GMP requirements, while touch-screen PLC control and hydraulic overload protection keep operation safe and reliable. The press supports single-layer, double-layer and triple-layer tablets with an output of up to 189,000 tablets per hour, and a dust extraction unit with forced feeder ensures stable granule filling.

• Use EU tooling punch and die, meet small or lab use.
• There are over pressure protection, emergency stop.
• The working area adopts fully closed transparent windows with less dust pollution and excellent sealing. Components are made of stainless steel or special surface treatment, which can prevent cross pollution and meet GMP requirements.
