Description

The main body of the machine is composed of base plate, front and back vertical racks, front and back frames, worm gear case, machine base, punch disk assembly, upper supporting block and control cabinet, etc.

The base plate, the front and back vertical racks, the front and back frames, the machine base and the worm gear case are connected by bolts to form a fixed framework as the foundation of the tablet press, and the worm gear case is fixed on the machine base. On the basis of the worm gear case, various function components, including: filling and measuring mechanisms, lower punch protection device, lower pre-pressing wheel, main pressing wheel adjusting mechanism, tablet-out guide rail, filling guide rail, lower punch protection guide rail, die removal stopper, etc., are installed on the machine base.

The supporting block is used to connect the punch disk and the upper guide rail disk to the machine base through the left and right column pull rods and the pull rod passing through the main shaft center to form a stable three-column frame structure. Such structure has strong bending resistance and torsion resistance to meet the bearing requirement of the high-speed tablet press during high-speed operation. The guide rail disk, the upper pre-pressing wheel, the upper main pressing wheel, the upper punch over-compression protection device, etc. are installed on the supporting block. A vibration damper is installed between the upper roof and the supporting block. The four edges of the upper roof are installed with four PMMA doors, and each PMMA door is installed with a flexible spring for providing the supporting tension to each PMMA door.

The upper part of the tablet press is the totally-sealed tabletting chamber for finishing the whole tabletting process, and it includes forced feed system, punching assembly, tablet-out device and dust collection system. The tabletting chamber is totally sealed by the roof, the cover plate and the PMMA doors through sealing strips in order to avoid the external pollution to the tabletting process.

The lower part of the tablet press is installed with main transmission system, lubrication system and hand wheel adjusting mechanism, and is totally sealed by left and right door plates, back door plate and control cabinet through sealing strips in order to avoid dust pollution to the machine.

PURPOSE

This machine is one kind of single side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries.

FEATURES

1. Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.

2. Adopt Organic glass window and stainless steel door frame,increasing the aesthetics and rigidity of the door.

3. Speed adjustable by frequency inverter, the motor is fixed on the base plate, prevent the motor vibrating during working.

4. The upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated with an intermittent fixed low flow rate automatic lubricating system so as to reduce the wear of guide rails.

5. Hydraulic overload protection device is equipped, the machine can stop automatically in case of over-pressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.

6. A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier provided with gaining and self-checking functions so as to implement self-checking of tablet compression pressure reliably. The tablet weight control system is easy to operate and provided the function of rejecting degraded tablets in batches or individually.
