Shanghai Tianfeng Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. presented its rotary tablet press series and complete solid dosage line solutions at P-MEC China 2026, meeting pharmaceutical manufacturers, contractors and distributors from Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

ZP29F Rotary Tablet Press in the Spotlight

The centerpiece of the booth was the ZP29F double-rotary tablet press. With 29 dies, maximum 100 kN compression force and an output of up to 182,000 tablets per hour for single-layer tablets, the machine drew constant crowds during live demonstrations. Visitors were also introduced to the ZP35F-3 variant, which raises single-layer output to 189,000 tablets per hour for smaller tablet diameters.

Engineers on site explained how the fully enclosed, GMP-compliant design with stainless steel contact parts, touch-screen PLC control and hydraulic overload protection keeps tablet weight and hardness stable across long production runs.

• Drying. GFG fluid bed dryers and RXH hot air ovens remove moisture quickly and gently.

• Packaging. NJP automatic capsule fillers and counting-bottling lines complete the process.
