Catalyst Classification for Catalyst Tablet Press

2023-11-21

The conversion agent of the catalyst tablet press refers to a substance that can change the chemical reaction rate (increase or decrease) of the reactant without changing the chemical balance, and its mass and chemical properties remain unchanged before and after the chemical reaction. Statistically, conversion agents are used in about 90% of industrial processes, which play a very important role in the modern chemical industry. For example, iron conversion agent is used for synthetic ammonia generation, and vanadium conversion agent used for sulfuric acid generation, ethylene polymerization, and butadiene rubber.

According to different classification methods, the conversion agents of catalyst tablet press can be divided into the following categories:

1. Full-phase conversion: The reaction where the conversion agent and the reactant are in the same phase and have no phase boundary is called full-phase conversion. The conversion agent that can perform the full-phase conversion is called full-phase conversion agent. Full-phase conversion agent includes liquid acid, base conversion agent, Xerox solid acid and base conversion agent, soluble transition metal compound (salts and complexes), etc. The full-phase conversion agent is acted by molecules or ions, and with a uniform active center and high activity and selectivity.

2. Multiphase conversion: Multiphase conversion agent is applicable to different phase reactions, that is, they are in different states from the reactants that are converted. For example, in the production of margarine, unsaturated vegetable oil and hydrogen can be converted into saturated fat by solid nickel. Solid nickel is a multiphase conversion agent that can convert vegetable oil and hydrogen. A simple multiphase conversion reaction refers to a process where the reactant is adsorbed on the conversion agent surface, the bonds in the reactant break to form new bonds, but the bonds between the product and the reactant are not firm, making the produce separated from the reaction site. There are many different structures known to adsorb and react on the conversion agent surface.

3. Cell conversion: Enzymes are cell conversion agents and organic substances (mostly proteins) generated by plants, animals and microcells, with the capability to conversion. However, a small amount of RNA also can enable cell conversion, formerly known as enzymes. Enzymatic conversion is also selective. Taking starch for example, amylase can be hydrolyzed into dextrin and maltose, while protease can convert proteins, and then hydrolyze them to peptides. Cells use them to speed up chemical reactions in the body. Without enzymes, many chemical reactions in the cell body will proceed very slowly, making it difficult to sustain life. The ideal working temperature for enzymes is about 37 ℃. If the temperature is higher than 50 ℃ or 60 ℃, the enzymes will be destroyed and no longer work. Therefore, cell detergents that use enzymes to decompose stains are effective at low temperature. Enzymes play an important role in physiology, medicine, agriculture and industry. At present, enzymes are widely used.

The catalyst tablet press is used to produce tablets of various shapes from granular raw materials. In addition to round tablet, it can also press irregular tablet, double-layer tablet, circular tablet, etc. Conversion agent tablet press can be customized according to your requirements. At the same time, during the operation of the conversion agent tablet press, the machine should run at low noise and be shut down in case of high pressure and overpressure so as not to be damaged. The shell of the conversion agent tablet press is completely enclosed and made of stainless steel. The inner surface is also made of stainless steel, which can be kept luster and prevent cross-contamination. The drive system is enclosed in the fuel tank under the engine body, which is a safe component from cross-contamination. In addition, the drive shaft is immersed in the oil reservoir and fully lubricated to minimize noise and wear.
