MAIN PURPOSE
The machine is widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry,and is also used in food, chemical industry, electronics and other industries to press granular raw materials that meet the tablet pressing requirements into tablets. It can also make specialshaped tablets and tablets with engraved letters on both sides.
MAIN FEATURE
With high maximum pressure, it is also provided with pre-pressure device to prolong the pressing time and make the tablet quality more suited to the requirements.
The turret is featured by high rotation speed double-sided tablet pressing and high production efficiency.
The control part adopts PLC and the operation panel adopts color touch screen display to provide visual and simple operation.
Fully closed transparent windows are used at the work area with little dust pollution and good sealing performance.Parts are made of stainless steel or subject to special surface treatment to avoid cross contamination, conforming to GMP requirements.
